Sara Mages, We Salute You!
August 2016 – Sara Mages has been working tirelessly and with little recognition for the thousands of hours that she has spent, and is spending, doing translations from Hebrew to English.
Hebrew is Sara’s native language, but she has lived in the U.S. for many years, so her translations to English are flawless. Because of her very invaluable service, genealogists all over the world have been able to see records that would not have otherwise been available to them. The accessibility of her translations allows people to participate in genealogy who would otherwise have found it prohibitively expensive (if they had to pay for translations), and simply too frustrating.
