Frequently Asked Questions
What are the fees for participating in the conference as an exhibitor?
The exhibitor fee $325. This may be reduced to $300 if we receive payment by 31 May 2024.
What are the fees for participating in the conference as a sponsor?
Sponsors may choose from one of four categories of support for the conference: Platinum
($23,000), Gold ($12,000), Silver ($8,000), and Bronze ($4,000). Each increased level of
support is accompanied by increases in allocated exhibit space (and tables), additional
marketing opportunities, and tickets to conference events. For full information, see the table,
above, on the Sponsors/Exhibitors page.
May I place advertisements in the conference app or other publications?
Exhibitors and Sponsors receive several advertising and marketing opportunities during the
conference. To see a full list of these opportunities, listed by support level, see the table, above,
on the Sponsors/Exhibitors page.
If the selected sponsorship level or exhibitor package do not include a desire advertising option,
please contact exhibitors@iajgs2024.org .
Is there a deadline by which we may sign up as a Sponsor or Exhibitor?
Space in the Exhibit Hall must be reserved and paid for by 1 July 2024. Requests received after
that date will be subject to exhibit space availability and an additional $100 late fee.
When will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees on the following schedule:
Sunday, August 18 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Monday, Aug. 19 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday, Aug. 20 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday, Aug. 21 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Thursday, Aug. 22 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
When is set up and tear down?
What comes with the table set-up?
Each 6’ x 30” table set-up includes 2 chairs. A wastebasket is also provided. The conference will
provide a small sign with the Exhibitor organization’s name.
May I select my own table location?
Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors are given priority placement within the Exhibit Hall. The
conference organizers will assign tables to all others.
May I share a table with another organization?
Tables may not be sublet or shared by more than one entity.
Will there be access to high-speed Internet, power, and audio-visual equipment?
The conference will provide wireless Internet for conference attendee and speaker use. If
access to power, high-speed Internet, and/or AV equipment is desired in the Exhibition Hall,
Sponsors and Exhibitors should make their own arrangements with Encore. Contact Travis
