The International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies (IAJGS) is proud to co-sponsor the 2008 conference with the JGS of Illinois and the Illiana JGS.

On this website you will find much information about the 28th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy to be held August 17-22, 2008 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. Just click on one of the buttons at the left.

For those of you who are first-timers at a conference, we encourage you to read Getting the Most Out of the Conference for it will help you prepare. Please know that it doesn’t matter if you are new to Jewish genealogy, an experienced genealogist, or somewhere in between. All are welcome and all will find it a most valuable experience!
