The presentation will relate to the methodology and documentation utilized for Latvian genealogical research. In addition special reference will be made to the Raduraksti (Family Tree) Project, with its digitalized Vital Records, Census  documents and Revision Lists as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using such archival documents on ones own. Furthermore there will also be reference to the use of the online Jews of Latvia Project:  Names and Fates 1941-1945 and its use for genealogical research and obtaining feedback.
