Jews of all origins permanently settled in Paris from 1760 / 70 on and then mostly in the 1780ies. Many more arrived at the turn of the French Revolution. Among them Dutch, Germans, Poles, merchants from the Ottoman Empire. An overview of their family environment, their activities and their way of life as discovered by her in the French National Archives - for the main part in deeds of the Notaries Central Registry for Paris .
