This page summarizes the hours and locations for various conference activities.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration, where you pick up your badge (required for attendance at conference functions) and other materials, will be open on the 4th floor during the following hours:

Lectures & Workshops

Conference programs will take place on the Mezzanine level and on the 4th floor.

Evening Programs

The evening programs will take place on the Mezzanine level. (See also the Film Festival evening hours.)

Hospitality Desk

The Hospitality Desk will be in a central location on the Mezzanine level.

Exhibitor Hall

The Exhibitor Hall will be in the Statler Ballroom on the Mezzanine level.

Film Festival

The Film Festival will be held in the Franklin Room on the 4th floor.

Resource Center

The Resource Center will comprise two elements, a Computer Room for databases and consultations and a Books and Translations Room. They will occupy two rooms on the 4th floor across the hall from each other.

Computer Room

The Whittier Room will house 30 computers with access to databases, especially free access to commercial databases that one would normally have to pay for. Experts from some of the database organizations will be available to provide assistance.

Books and Translations Room

The Winthrop Room will house a reference library and provide space for translation volunteers to help conference attendees read copies of documents that they bring to the conference.

Lunch Kiosks

For lunch, there will be kosher food kiosks on the Mezzanine offering sandwiches and salads. Note that they accept payment only in cash. The menu is available here.
