We are excited to announce that the Call for Proposals is officially OPEN for the 46th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy! Mark your calendars for April 4–6, 2027, as we gather virtually from every corner of the globe to learn, share, and connect.

Our global community thrives because of the incredible knowledge our presenters bring to the stage at our conference each year and the dynamic and engaging way they share that knowledge with our conference attendees. For our 2027 virtual conference, we are placing a special emphasis on fresh, innovative, and updated content. Whether you are a new face or a familiar friend, we want to hear from you:

  • First-Time Presenters: Have you discovered an exciting research tool, mastered a new technology, or uncovered stories in country specific records? If you have never presented at an IAJGS conference before, we would love to welcome your fresh voice to our program!
  • Speaking Alumni: If you have taken the podium at our past in-person conferences, we invite you to join us on the virtual stage! It’s the perfect opportunity to share your latest research methodologies or present a meaningfully refreshed version of a favorite topic.

  • Proposal Limit: Up to 3 paid proposals per person
  • Presentation Types: Pre-recorded Regular Lectures, Panel Discussions, and Live/Virtual Small Group Workshops
  • Key Themes: Jewish Communities, Migration, Methodology/Technology, DNA, Artificial Intelligence, and Storytelling
  • Speaker Perks: Complimentary registration for primary presenters/lead moderators and session honorariums.
